At THNDR we’re building the future of gaming by powering fun and empowering people with gaming. To help bring THNDR games to the masses, we are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager passionate about using analytics and marketing trends to drive product usage and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will use player and industry data to inform THNDR’s marketing strategy for user acquisition. We’re creating a renegade team of passionate people to join us on our mission of gamifying the world!


  • Oversee the execution of all THNDR marketing actions, specifically focusing on user acquisition
  • Initially helping manage social channels, partnerships, and supporting community efforts until we’ve hired additional marketing support
  • Design and deploy customer acquisition campaigns via a variety of mobile channels to grow our player user base across all of our games
  • Manage marketing budgets and prepare thorough, dynamic media planning, efficiently allocating budget to different sources based on performance
  • Analyze and report performance KPIs, working closely with Product and Business teams to ensure sophisticated data analysis support
  • Spearhead new ways of problem-solving for growth and retention utilizing quantitative and creative methods
  • Fully engage in the THNDR community of players to understand our users and translate what works to new markets

Minimum qualifications:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience launching games in different markets
  • Demonstrated experience with campaign management on top ad networks/channels
  • Knowledge of the mobile game industry, gaming trends, and production pipelines
  • Experience with Facebook mobile ads, Google AdWords for mobile (UAC); additional platforms a plus
  • Creative thinker who can execute innovative ideas backed by data and analytics
  • Fluent in English, with outstanding communication skills – both written and spoken
